Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or changes to orders once they've been placed – including shipping method.
ONLY Personal Donations are tax deducible. Physical products are NOT tax deductible.
Orders packed and shipped by Full Cycle. Orders will typically be processed and shipped each Friday.
Local orders can be picked-up in-store at Full Cycle Bike Shop for FREE. Please see Full Cycle's shop hours below.
- Sunday-Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday-Friday: 12-7 pm
- Saturday: 10-5 pm
All domestic orders will be sent via USPS Retail Ground™ or by USPS Priority Mail® Service, which generally arrives domestically in 3-4 days.

Single item and small quantity orders will be shipped using padded envelopes. Multi-item and large quantity orders will be shipped in a box.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is damaged or fails to arrive, please Contact Us and select 'Shop: Lost or Damaged Shipment' from the list of Subject options.
Please, include your order number and details about the condition your shipment arrived. Upon reception, we will respond with next steps. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
